What are the travel details? Registration/check-in begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, Nov 24. The first event is a welcome party at 8 pm. Activities end officially late Saturday night. You will stay Saturday night and depart early Sunday morning, Nov. 28 (no meals or activities are included on Sunday).

What is the Conference Center like? The conference center is in the countryside on a small mountain with lots of trees. We will be staying in bunkbeds in basic, clean cabins with fireplaces and bathrooms with showers in them. There is a pond, a game room (ping pong, pool, board games), and lots of places to hike around. The conference center is about 2 hours drive from New York City (perhaps longer on holiday weekend).
